Hubungan Kadar Hemoglobin dan Komposisi Tubuh Terhadap Daya Tahan Kardiovaskuler Atlet Hockey Puslatkab Probolinggo

The purpose of this study was to determine how body composition and hemoglobin levels affect the cardiovascular endurance of Puslatkab Probolinggo hockey athletes. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of Puslatkab Probolinggo hockey athletes. The population in this study were all Probolinggo Puslatkab hockey athletes. The sample taken using the total sampling method, where all 24 athletes in the population became the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study by taking hemoglobin data with Easy Touch GCHb and body composition with bioelectrical impedance analysis. Data analysis uses normality, homogeneity and correlation tests. From the results of the correlation test analysis obtained a significance value of p < 0.05 which means that there is a significant correlation between hemoglobin levels and body composition to cardiovascular endurance which can be interpreted that there is a correlation level relationship between hemoglobin levels and body composition to cardiovascular endurance of hockey athletes Puslatkab Probolinggo.
